Right now we're helping clients to

- prepare for when this period is over.
How Can Promotional Products Help?
Promotional products are powerful tools for influencing and reminding people about companies, organizations, programs, and messages. If you need to get a message out about healthy habits in the current environment, for instance, we offer some great tools to do that, including magnets, laminated cards, labels, and posters. Buttons and t-shirts are also great for keeping your message in front of those who need to see it.
Do you want to keep your staff connected through more than just another video meeting? Why not give them a t-shirt with your organization's logo, and a fun, relevant message? Send each employee a branded mug along with a variety pack of coffee and tea, or a branded box with snacks and other goodies? [Click here] for some Work From Home kits.
Want those video meetings with clients to look more professional? Consider a banner background with your company logo stepped-and-repeated to place behind you.
Want to show your clients you care? Mail them a branded or decorated face mask, sanitizing wipes, or another useful health-related item.
Need more ideas? Let us help you come up with a unique, appropriate program.

About Hand Sanitizer and Masks
As you can imagine, hand sanitizer and face masks are both in extremely high demand right now.
Keep in mind that hand sanitizer gels and sprays are generally backordered for as much as 8 to 10 weeks from order approval. If you anticipate a need for 1 and 2 oz bottles, we recommend placing an order sooner than later. Note that these orders must be pre-paid, and although we will do our best to meet a deadline, delivery by a specific date is not guaranteed at this time.
Another unfortunate part of this is that prices for hand sanitizer are succumbing to supply-and-demand capitalism. Raw ingredients have doubled and tripled in price, and you'd be surprised at how much of the stuff comes from China. Since flights from China are greatly reduced, shipping by air has made rush shipments astronomically high. That's another reason to plan ahead for when things are heading back towards normal; if you can time it right with a boat shipment, you'll save a lot of money.

One item that has a shorter production time is sanitizer gel packets, which can be obtained in about 4 weeks. Click here for more information.
We do not offer medical-grade masks to our clients. We believe those should be going to people working on the front lines in hospitals, so we're not even getting involved in sourcing those. If you're looking for paper and cloth masks that at this time are being recommended by the CDC for the general population, get in touch with us to discuss your needs. Note that we only sell these in bulk, and not individually. We offer a wide variety of reusable masks, including unimprinted and printed ones like the ones shown here. Smaller and larger quantities are available.
Managing Expectations
We want to be up front about production and delivery times. Things we could count on and guarantee because of our years of building solid relationships with our suppliers, have been challenged over the last couple of months. A supplier whose operation was rock solid just a week ago might find their business shut down because of a new policy in their area. FedEx and UPS are both experiencing difficulties in their logistics chain, and have suspended their delivery guarantees for the time being. So if you think you'll need something even a few weeks or months down the road, start planning as soon as you're able.
Support Food & Friends
Food & Friends is a meals-on-wheels organization in the DC metro area that delivers nutritious food to homebound people with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-challenging illnesses. It was created in the late 80s to respond to the nutrition needs of people with AIDS, and now more than ever, the need is great for people who have compromised immune systems, and who are too ill to prepare their own food.
As you might expect, the operations of this vital community resource have been changed drastically, as volunteers and staff who prepare, package, and deliver the meals have all had to re-group to stay safe and well themselves. Extra materials and additional personnel are helping the food continue to be delivered, but large fundraisers that ordinarily take place at this time have been cancelled. If you're in a position to donate to Food & Friends, click below to help. Thank you. One Last ThingWash your hands. And thank those on the front lines, including people who work at stores we need to shop at. They're taking risks every day so that we can eat and feel safer.
