Food Marketing Insitute

What They Do

The Food Marketing Institute conducts programs in research, education, industry relations and public affairs on behalf of its 2,300 member companies—food retailers and wholesalers—in the United States and around the world.

What They Needed

A group of international executives were invited to a large industry trade-show. FMI wanted to give them a gift for making the effort to attend the show; since it was an international group the gift had to be appropriate for all the various cultures but was still unique.

Strategies & Solutions

For the executives who probably had received every type of gift imaginable, DKG Promotions had to come up with something unique, functional, and most importantly appropriate. DKG Promotions presented a leather bound journal from Journal Books. With custom inserts and a beautiful debossed logo on the cover, this gift was not only functional, beautiful, and appropriate, but also, as we were later told, something that the executives had not received before. They loved the gift!
